Grace Keegan is a Biology of Global Health and Spanish double major in her fourth year as an undergraduate at Georgetown. Aside from the SIPS board, she serves as the president of the Georgetown University Students for Health and Medical Equity, an interpreter and diabetes educator at the Arlington Free Clinic, and a researcher on health disparities in DC. Grace is currently applying to medical school with a focus on health equity in her future. She is also a ceramic artist and creates pottery in her free time. Grace was inspired to join the SIPS board because she wants to contribute to the progressive mission of social impact, justice, and responsibility supported by SIPS awards, and she wanted to take an active role in learning about and supporting these initiatives!
