Toddchelle Young

Toddchelle Young graduated from Georgetown University with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certificate in Population Health from the School of Nursing and Health Studies (NHS). She received her Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) in Sociomedical Sciences and Certificate in Social Determinants of Health from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. She is the Director of Research for the Hub for Equity and Innovation in Higher Education at Georgetown, overseeing research, data analytics, and strategic higher education initiatives. Toddchelle has over a decade of experiences in clinical, federal government, and non-profit work, and prior research in harm reduction, HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, and tuberculosis (TB) stigma. She is the founder and Principal of novelTY Strategies, LLC, a consultancy firm that assists non-profits, small businesses, and individuals with project management, data analysis and visualization, and personal and professional development through coaching, branding, and resource linking. Toddchelle was born and raised in New Haven, CT, and currently resides in Maryland.
