Phil Wong’s entrepreneurship journey began at Georgetown (BSFS ’15, STIA) and SIPS was one of his team’s earliest funders. Phil wants to contribute to a more sustainable and equitable food system. To that end, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Phil’s Finest, whose mission is to help omnivores eat more vegetables and less meat. He also advises a number of social enterprises and businesses across food and agriculture. For his and his teams’ work, he has been named a Halcyon Fellow and Forbes 30 Under 30.
Phil’s time on the Hilltop was formative thanks to the likes of GU Impacts, Alternative Breaks Program, and the Carroll Fellows Initiative. He lives in Brooklyn, NY and outside of work, you can find him strolling around Fort Greene Park, playing (online) chess, and stocking shelves at the Park Slope Food Co-op.
